est.1864 Noir Bar & Restaurant

Chefs Allison and Blake serve innovative American cuisine including elk burgers, grilled trout, zucchini carpaccio, and pasta dishes. Late at night, the establishment has a lively bar scene. Its name relates to Bozeman’s founding and the red décor pays homage to the neighborhood’s brothel history.
